So what can we provide?
A partial or full design service from the initial brief to the final design.
We follow our design process through concept design, design development, sourcing and implementation. We often work in collaboration with architects during this process, our work is supported by 2D and 3D visualisation, engineering and technical drawings, product and material samples.
Total communication of ideas and proposals to the client and project partners is essential for all. This is further supported by knowledge and advice from our network of specialist trades and suppliers.
We are often engaged on projects where an architect, builder or trade has already been instructed, as we provide a fully flexible service this would not present a problem. If however a project is in its infancy, we can call upon a trusted network of associated specialists. Forming a project team with prior working experience provides many benefits and greater confidence.
The final design is one of the driving influences behind a build and implementation program. As a result, we also provide a contract management service overseeing the build process, working with contractors to ensure the design is reproduced faithfully. This also ensures that in the event of an unforeseen change during the build process, that a design led solution can be sought. It ensures that the implementation correctly interprets the design intent.
